Not all of our pre-made plans fit everyone's needs and not all websites use the exact same levels of space and bandwidth. Thats why we have allowed you to customise our plans to your needs. Maybe you have a lot of visitors but your site takes up very little disk space, if you choose one of our pre-made plans just to cover your bandwidth needs then you might also be paying for a lot of space you don't need.

By choosing a smaller plan you can then select space and bandwidth add-on's to customise the plan to meet your exact needs and at the same time save yourself money.

Simply choose a base plan from our list, then in the add-on's screen during the order process choose the incremental amount of disk space or bandwidth you need, and then once in your shopping cart enter the number of add-on increments required.

E.g. Choose the add-on for 5GB increments of disk space, then enter 3 for the number of increments you need and you've added 15GB's of disk space to your original base plan.

All disk space and bandwidth fees are charged at the same rate throughout our plans and add-on's, allowing you to upgrade at the same price for all plans. And don't worry you can upgrade your hosting account and add space and bandwidth at any time.

If you are reading this, then like us you probably really like the idea of unlimited space and bandwidth, sounds good doesn't it, no worries about going over your bandwidth limit, enough space to store all the files you'll ever need too.

Well here is the bad news, unfortunately the simple fact is that in reality it is not possible to offer an unlimited amount of a limited resource. Servers have a finite amount of bandwidth allocated to them and hard disks are only so big and the only reason you see some hosts offering this is that they are oversellers and are using a marketing tactic to try and get you to sign up with them.

Overselling is also a very bad practice and rather than offering more assurance that your site will stay up, it actually offers you less, as oversellers have to use other mechanisms to restrict your space and bandwidth usage, these mechanisms can be for example-

• Throttling Internet speeds so that your site will display very slowly making it impossible to use over a certain amount of bandwidth..
• Restrictions on the number of website's, email accounts, databases and media types you can host. (No video or audio for example)
• Very tight restrictions of the types of web applications you can host.

All of these limits help to restrict your usage to a minimum allowing them to continue to pack your shared server to the brim and sell something that doesn't actually exist in reality..

Now here is the good news... Your you have found a host that does not oversell. In fact we do the opposite, we ONLY limit by space and bandwidth, we don't limit your usage through hidden restrictions like bandwidth throttling or limits on the number of website's or email accounts you can host and we actualy under-sell our servers by 50% to make sure you will always have room to grow, you actauly can use what you have paid for and so that our servers can always cope with any spikes in traffic that can occur from time to time..
