Do your Linux hosting plans include shell access via ssh?

Votes: 0

All of our Linux plans include shell access using ssh, upon request.

In order to obtain access, please submit a support request including a scan of photo ID such as a drivers licence.  Your shell access will be enabled upon receipt, using the same credentials as your cPanel control panel.

If you have a Linux reseller account, please note that it is not necessary to provide photo-id for each of your customers, we will set up ssh for your customer accounts as required upon request.  However, please note you remain responsible for ensuring that our Terms of Service are respected by your customers.

To access your shell account you will need an ssh client, such as putty. Use your domain name as the hostname for the ssh connection, and the standard ssh tcp port 22.
