Your FTP settings are normaly provided in your welcome letter however the standard FTP settings are

FTP Address: ftp.yourdomain.com (Note: Please replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name.
Username/Login: Your Control Panel username
Password: Your Control Panel password
