Unable to view my temporary alias web address

It can take upto 1 hour for the temporary alias web address (or instant alias) on our Windows servers to become active in DNS and so you may not see the alias right away.

If you are still having problems seeing the alias then please try clearing your DNS cache. In Windows this can be done by entering the following command in a dos window.

ipconfig /flushdns

Or by restarting your PC and modem/router
