The steps to follow in the installation of an SSL Certificate on our servers:

This assumes you have already received the SSL from the SSL provider.

The installation procedure may be different depending on the hosting plan but loosely follows these steps. When I doubt please contact support.

Windows Hosting

  1. Browse to the website properties page of the website you plan to install the SSL against and then the SSL tab where you originally generated your CSR.
  2. Follow the instructions on this page, copying the SSL CRT code you received into the relevant field and click submit.
  3. If everything went correctly then your SSL should now be live. Otherwise please contact support.

Linux Hosting

  1. Under Cpanel page, SSL/TLS choose the option to install an SSL.
  2. Choose the domain to install the SSL under, this should prefill the KEY field for you.
  3. Paste your CRT sent by the SSL issuer into the CRT field and click install certificate.
  4. If everything went correctly then your SSL should now be live. Otherwise please contact support.
