Your FTP settings are normaly provided in your welcome letter however the standard FTP settings are

FTP Address: ftp.yourdomain.com (Note: Please replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name .
FTP Port : 21
Transfer Mode : Active (If active mode fails please try using passive mode)

Username/Login: Contained in your welcome letter
Password: Contained in your welcome letter
