The most common reason for these errors is that the domain is no longer registered or has been transferred away from us.

Specifically for newly registered .IT domains it can mean that DNS was not correctly set up within the 30-day limit and the .IT domain registry (nic.it) has deleted the domain. In this case, the domain will have to be re-registered.

If none of the above applies to you then please contact Technical support for assistance.
