Yes, we perform nightly backups and in many cases, we keep multiple nightly backups, however, although where possible we will do our best to offer to restore any lost data for our customers, we do not guarantee our backups and customers are advised to make their own data backup arrangements.
For your convenience, our control panels have facilities to perform scheduled data backups and FTP transfers for off-site storage of data.
