The following guide applies to most domains like .com, .net, .org, .eu and .it. However, some domains like .uk domains are transferred in a different way. Please contact the losing registrar for details on the transfer procedure for your specific domain extension.

In order to transfer a domain to us you will need to ask for the authorisation code (EPP code) from your current provider, then submit the domain and transfer code pair through our website @ https://www.servwise.com/en/domain-name-transfer.htm

After submitting the order you should receive an authorisation email to your domain's administrator contact containing instructions and a link which will take you to a page to authorise the domain transfer. Please click on the "I Approve" button to approve the transfer.

Once the domain has been transferred you should check the name servers setting and if hosting with us should make sure name servers are set to ours. Login to our main website and manage the domain you have just transferred then select the option to "use with ServWise hosting" which will automatically assign the correct name servers for the network. Please note that the propagation of name servers may take up to 24 hours to complete.
