ServWise has a strict NO SPAM policy on sending of bulk email. Bulk email can only be sent to Double-Opt-In (1) emails only.
Mailing list software should be configured to send no more than 600 emails per hour.

(1) Double-Opt-In is where a user registers and confirms their email address to be added a mailing list, once usually via the web and again in response to a confirmation email sent the submitted email account.
